Modern Living with University Stature
Given the adjacent University of Maryland, Toll Brothers needed a new residential brand developed around the University that felt authentic to the student culture while delivering the Toll Brothers standard of a modern living experience.
Working collaboratively with the University of Maryland, they approved the development of a logo and identity system that gave homage to their mascot, the terrapin turtle, mirroring their brand color palette while still conveying a unique, contemporary style.
